No. ExpertWill is a technology platform designed to simplify preparing your will. Our secure online tools and in-house team support you through the process, including guidance on ADJD registration, while you complete the submission directly. We do not provide legal advice; for advice specific to your circumstances, we recommend speaking with a licensed lawyer.
How long does it take to complete my information on ExpertWill?
Most clients complete their will information on our guided online platform in under 10 minutes, depending on the information and documents they have available.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Complete your will information securely online, at your own pace, regardless of your location.
What documents will I need to upload?
You'll need your Emirates ID or passport, together with any supporting documents relevant to your will. ExpertWill will guide you through the requirements at each stage.

Who handles registration with the government?

What documents do I need to submit to ADJD?
If you are using our ADJD Will template, the submission consists of your signed Will template (filled in both English and Arabic), a valid passport showing your signature, and a valid Emirates ID (front and back).
Can I update my Will later?
Yes. Your will can be updated over time as your circumstances and priorities change.
Security & Support
Who can see my documents?
Your documents are encrypted in storage and in transit (see our Privacy Policy). Your will content is populated from the information you provide and reviewed by you before submission. Where support is requested, authorized members of our team are available to guide you through the process and help explain anything that may be unclear.
Is help available if I get stuck?
Yes. A dedicated in-house team guides you through every step, and you can track your application status in real time.
Where is my Will stored once it's complete?
Your will and records are securely stored in your ExpertWill portal and accessible whenever you need them.
