No. ExpertWill is a technology platform. We prepare documents using automated tools and templates, and our in-house support team guides you through each step. We do not give legal advice. For advice on your specific situation, speak to a licensed lawyer.
How long does the process take?
Our guided questionnaire is designed to be quick and easy. Most clients finish it in under 10 minutes, with no legal knowledge required.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Every step, from drafting to final sign-off, happens online.
What documents will I need to upload?
Typically your Emirates ID or passport, plus any records relevant to what's in your Will. You'll be told exactly what's needed as you go.

Security & Support
Who can see my documents?
Your documents are encrypted in storage and in transit (see our Privacy Policy). Will content is generated automatically from your answers, only you approve what is submitted. Authorised support staff can assist with your account when you need help.
Is help available if I get stuck?
Yes. A dedicated in-house team guides you through every step, and you can track your application status in real time.
Where is my Will stored once it's complete?
Your Will and records are safely stored and accessible any time through your ExpertWill portal.
